There's an empty lot next to my house in Riverside. It's a larger lot than is typical for the neighborhood and the old lady that owns it seems to have no intention of developing the property in the near future, so I decided it would be a good opportunity to design my own home for this location.
I decided to do a modern design - clean lines, materials and colors. I haven't moved to the inside yet, but it's easy to get an idea of what the interior spaces will be like from these shots.
